Alejandra’s passion for real estate began in 2004 while managing international advertising for Newspaper La Nación in Costa Rica, where she worked with global clients and investors. Her dream of becoming a REALTOR® came to fruition when she moved to the U.S., driven by a desire to help others achieve their goals through seamless, stress-free transactions. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Alejandra is committed to helping clients build financial independence through homeownership and real estate investments, both locally and internationally (particularly in Costa Rica). With a Master’s in Business (Marketing), she combines strong business acumen, a solid work ethic, and advanced marketing strategies to maximize value in each transaction. Alejandra’s diverse background spans sales, marketing, and international business. She gained valuable insight from her family’s home improvement business, where she was involved in residential and commercial property renovations, and later, 15 years as a manager at Home Depot. Her expertise is further strengthened by her experience as an Airbnb owner, where she honed her skills in rental investments and property presentation, advising clients on how to maximize their properties' appeal to both buyers and renters. Known for her honesty, approachable nature, and commitment to fostering strong relationships, Alejandra is dedicated to putting clients first. Whether she’s guiding clients through the complexities of real estate or helping them transform their homes, she is driven by a genuine passion for their success. When not working with clients, Alejandra enjoys discovering new restaurants, sipping wine, or unwinding at the spa.
